Hi, I’m Bo, also known as 6o9ang!

I specialize in dotwork-based blackwork and surreal compositions. My work combines intricate dotwork, bold contrast, and detailed compositions. Drawing inspiration from classical art, vintage imagery, nature, and surreal elements.

I’m drawn to transforming familiar subjects into something unexpected, exploring the balance between beauty and darkness, delicacy and intensity, familiarity and distortion. Through layering, fragmentation, and texture, I aim to create pieces that feel both timeless and unfamiliar: bold from a distance, yet full of detail up close.

For me, tattooing is more than placing an image on skin. I want each piece to have it’s own atmosphere and identity while naturally becoming part of the person wearing it. My goal is to create work that remains distinctive and meaningful long after it has healed!
