FAQ

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Visit the "APPOINTMENTS" tab in the menu, which will lead you to fill out our booking form. This will enable us to process your request quickly and efficiently. Once you submit your request, we will get back to you within 48 hours. We schedule appointments a maximum of three months in advance.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET TATTOOED?

You must be at least 18 years of age. We have a strict no minors policy, even with parental consent.

HOW MUCH WILL MY TATTOO COST?

It depends on the artist, but all tattoos start at $200. Final price is dependent on size, detail of the design, location on the body where it will be placed, and finally which artist you’ve chosen. Some artists have a minimum billing, which varies.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

Generally our resident artists book a couple months in advance. Walk-ins will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with cancellation availability permitting. We will always do our best to accommodate your request. Call the studio at 902.414.9799 to find out if we have availability that day.

DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?

Yes. Each artists deposit varies, but it starts at $200. A deposit is required to make an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied to the final price of your tattoo.

DOES IT HURT?

Yes! But in the best possible way. Your brain releases endorphins when you go through pain and your body loves endorphins, so yes, it hurts, but you’ll kinda like it.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL?

It takes two-three weeks to “heal,” but it takes months for the skin to fully regenerate.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothing that allows you to sit for long periods, and consider bringing a change of clothes for areas near the tattoo in case of sweat or ink transfer. It's best to leave friends, family, and partners at home during the tattoo session to reduce distractions and focus on the process with your artist without external pressure. Ensure you are well-fed and hydrated before arriving, as this will make the day easier on your body, and don't forget to bring a couple of high-sugar snacks to maintain your energy levels.
